This concept envisages that Solution to a problem is delivered to the customer’s shop floor. The Methodology : problem is posed to NCTS – Concerned Experts at NCTS study the issue and conceive corrective action plan – the same is implemented at Customer’s end under supervision of NCTS representative – results are jointly reviewed with Customer Rep. to ascertain successful resolution of the problem – the complete corrective action plan is then handed over to the customer.

The customer has the benefit of collective experience of Full Panel of experts and effects of corrective actions are demonstrated at his shop floor.

Charges for the exercise will be worked out on case to case basis and amicably fixed before undertaking an assignment.
